Andria Long has over 20 years of expertise in consistently delivering transformational revenue growth by quickly identifying opportunities by understanding insights in the rapidly changing consumer, competitive, and industry landscape.
Andria’s diverse experience ranges from companies in terms of size, ownership (private/family run/public), cultures, innovation capabilities and business stage (during & post acquisition, transformation, turnaround) as well as brands in terms of market position, size, budgets & categories.
She is the currently the Vice President of Innovation & Consumer Insights at Johnsonville where she built their new Innovation Center in downtown Chicago. Prior to Johnsonville, Andria was the Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at Sara Lee during the transformation where she unleashed the potential of legacy brands through true innovation.
Andria has held escalating levels of responsibility for Innovation at Kellogg (Keebler), Alberto Culver (now part of Unilever), Sara Lee (now part of Tyson) and currently Johnsonville. She has worked on some of the worlds most recognized and valuable brands like Sara Lee, Cheez-It, Huggies, St. Ives, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park, and Johnsonville.
Andria has continued to synthesize her learnings and best practices and developed her own proven approach that has success rates well above industry norms both in terms of revenue generated, and sustainability – staying power in market.
This process has delivered award winning and sustainable innovation; highlights include the successful launch of Cheez-It Twisterz, Cheez-It Gripz, Cheez-It Cheddar Jack, St. Ives Mineral Therapy, St. Ives Oatmeal & Shea, Ball Park Burgers and Johnsonville Fully Cooked Breakfast Links.
Andria has shared some of her industry leading best in class insights based approach to growth in the Journey to Innovation Excellence chapter of the Global Innovation Science Handbook, published by McGraw-Hill.
Andria holds a Bachelor of Science and an M.B.A degree from the University of Florida.
