Rafael Romero is an Enterprise Principle Leader for Continuous Improvement Culture, Value Stream Flow and Visual Factory who works with Johnson Controls to develop, lead and implement 3 of the principles on the Johnson Controls Manufacturing System.

Rafael is passionate about continuous improvement and create value to the customers (manufacturing plants). He has been worked on different industries included automotive, metallurgy, appliances, and batteries with different roles on operations, quality, engineering and continuous improvement

Rafael has experience working in Mexico, USA, Germany and (expat assignment for 2 years) Shanghai, China, he is current living in Milwaukee, WI with his family since 2013.

 Rafael is a Sr. master black belt, lean implementer and KT certified and holds a MBA and B.S degree on Mechanical and Administration Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
